Why no Brownlow pictures?
Because I have not found any "family" pictures of the Brownlows. There are many of them all individually, but very few with two or more together. In the banner is Annie and her sister, Callie. There is a picture of Parson Brownlow with his son, James, and James' staff as adjutant-general of Tennessee. And there is a picture of James Brownlow, his mother, Eliza, and his son and grandson. But there are no pictures of the W. G. Brownlow clan all together!
